Pricing plan


At Astancy, we offer a pricing plan regarding the needs of our clients. 

Our pricing plan is based on a percentage of the candidate's annual salary and varies depending on both the complexity of the profile and the annual salary. For our standard recruitment services, we charge between 10% to 20% of the candidate's annual salary, depending on the complexity of the profile and annual salary.

In addition, we offer a commission-based pricing plan for certain types of roles, such as sales positions. For these roles, we charge a fee of between 10% to 30% of the candidate's commissions on personal sales at the end of the first year. This ensures that our clients only pay for our services if the candidate is successful in their role and generates revenue for the company. 

Overall, our pricing plan is flexible and transparent, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the best possible value for their investment in our services. We believe that our approach to pricing reflects our commitment to providing a high-quality and personalized service that is tailored to the needs of our clients.

Lastly, if we were unable to provide our client with a candidate within de 60 days following the first payement we would proceed to a full refund of done payement.

Payment plan


In addition to our standard pricing plan, we also have a payment plan that we follow for each recruitment mission. This payment plan is designed to ensure that our clients are comfortable with the payment process and that we are able to provide the best possible service throughout the recruitment process. 

For each recruitment mission, we require a payment of 25% of the estimated fee at the start of the mission. This payment allows us to begin our research and candidate search, and ensures that we are able to dedicate the necessary time and resources to the project.

Once we have produced a shortlist of qualified candidates, we require a second payment of 25% of the estimated fee. This payment reflects the additional work that we have done in screening and interviewing candidates, and ensures that we are able to continue providing high-quality service to our clients throughout the recruitment process.

Finally, once the recruitment process is complete and the successful candidate has been placed in the role, we require the final payment of the remaining 50% of the estimated fee. This payment reflects the successful completion of the recruitment mission and ensures that our clients pay a part for our services only at the outcome.

In short terms, our payment plan is designed to be transparent and flexible, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that they are comfortable with the payment process and that we are able to provide the best possible service throughout the recruitment process.

What if we were to not find appropriate candidates ?


At Astancy, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality recruitment services and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our work. As part of this commitment, we offer a 60-day guarantee on all of our recruitment missions. 

If we are unable to provide our client with a suitable candidate within 60 days of the first payment, we will proceed to a full refund of the payments made. This ensures that our clients are not at risk of losing their investment in our services if we are unable to deliver the results that they are looking for.
