Additionally, we discuss with the lead what contract, salary, position, and advantages they would be willing to offer to ensure we have a full understanding of their requirements.

2. Actively searching for candidates: 

Once we have a clear understanding of our client's needs, we actively search for candidates through our network and our company's proven recruitment methods. We leverage our extensive network of contacts and conduct targeted searches to find the best possible candidates. We also use company analysis-based tests to provide the best matching profile by really getting to know each candidate. This allows us to understand what they want and would expect in terms of salary, advantages, and other factors. 

3. Providing candidates to the company: 

Once we have identified potential candidates, we provide them to the company and explain the pros and cons of each candidate, along with their expectations. We work closely with our clients to organize interviews and ensure that the candidates are fully prepared for the interview process. Throughout the process, we provide regular updates and feedback to our clients, ensuring that they are fully informed and engaged in the recruitment process.

4. Post-hiring feedback: We follow up with both the company and the candidate after 6 months to obtain feedback on the recruitment process and the candidate's performance. This helps us to continually improve our recruitment services and ensures that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
